Standford Hill Prison wind energy project – next community surgery to be held next week

Partnerships for Renewables will be holding the next community surgery for the HMP Standford Hill wind energy project on Tuesday 20th April.

The surgery will be held at Eastchurch Village Hall (in the computer room) between 1pm and 7pm.

Jo Fleming, Regional Manager at Partnerships for Renewables, said: “The surgery we held in February provided us with a useful opportunity to discuss a number of important issues with the residents that popped in.

“There have been no major changes in the project’s development since February and environmental and technical assessments are ongoing.

“We would encourage residents to come and see us on the day, but if anyone is unable to come, our contact details can be found on the project website. We’d be happy to get in touch and have a chat about any project-related issues.”
