Grants
There are a number of grants available to assist people in taking advantage of renewable energy technology and energy efficiency measures.
The Low Carbon Buildings Programme (LCBP)
‘The programme provides grants for the installation of microgeneration technologies in a range of buildings to include households, community organisations, public, private and the non-profit sectors.’
Scottish Community and Householder Renewables Initiative (SCHRI)
‘SCHRI is a one-stop shop offering grants, advice and project support to assist the development of new community and household renewable schemes in Scotland.’
