This assessment is one of the key assessments undertaken during the Environmental Impact Assessment. A key part of the assessment is the preparation of “photomontages” which are photographs with the turbines superimposed onto them, in order to give an impression of what they will look like from particular locations and distances. The method used for preparing the photomontages will be fully documented in the Environmental Statement, so that everybody can have confidence in the images. During February and March we sought suggested viewpoints for photographs from Wokingham District Council and Aborfield, Shinfield and Earley Parish Councils and we now have around 18 viewpoints to consider. Details of these will be released in due course. During the winter we have been taking photographs so that the effect of leaves and vegetation can be taken into account in the assessment.
